Dave has over 50 years of experience in the fiberglass industry. He got his start in 1969 working alongside his father and his interest in fiberglass technology has only grown since.
He officially began Crosslink Laminates with his wife, Carol in 2012. In 2018, they became incorporated. Dave’s passion for innovation and bringing his customer’s visions to life has led him to where he is today. His hard work and dedication are purposed towards making your business relationship profitable and is of the utmost importance.

Along with Dave, Carol is owner of Crosslink Laminates Inc. and handles the financial aspects of the business. She has over 20 years of experience in the dental industry and has always had an instinct for accounting. She decided to take the leap and start this new business adventure with her husband in 2012.
Carol has also been featured on television and radio in 2018 regarding her first published book, From There to Here.
adam cyr
Adam has 10+ years of experience working in fiberglass and also got his start working alongside, Dave, his father. He is passionate about business and continuing to expand his knowledge in the innovative world of fiberglass.
Adam is also our operations and quality assurance manager. He keeps the manufacturing floor running smoothly in order to meet our deadlines.
He also ensures that the best quality products leave our facility. Adam is always looking for new ways to grow and change to set our customers up for success.
casey prout
If you contact the office, you will likely hear from Casey. She joined the team mid-June 2019, has her undergraduate degree in psychology, and has completed her Human Resources Management certification from York University. Casey also has just under 10 years experience working with many local businesses bringing them office, printing and administrative solutions.
On a regular basis, she manages the administration side of Crosslink Laminates Inc. and assists with purchasing, human resources & shipping and receiving. Her main goal is making sure everything is organized so that business administration runs smoothly. Recently, she has taken on part ownership of the company and is excited to see what the future holds!
